  • To deliver, operate, and continuously improve the Octomise intelligence platform and its outputs.
  • To generate account intelligence, market scoring, buying committee maps, and engagement recommendations for subscriber use.
  • To respond to demo requests, platform enquiries, onboarding requests, and other commercial conversations initiated by you or your organisation.
  • To process subscriptions, manage billing, and administer service agreements.

3. Marketing Communications

Where you explicitly opt in, we may use your contact details to send marketing communications about Octomise platform updates, commercial insights, reports, events, and related offers. Marketing consent is optional and is not required in order to submit a demo request or use our service.

You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism in the communication or by contacting rsi@sabioworld.com. We will stop sending marketing communications within a reasonable timeframe after your request is processed.

Where marketing is conducted by phone, text message, or similar channels, we will manage those activities in accordance with applicable direct marketing and Do Not Call requirements.

Octomise assembles business and professional intelligence about companies and relevant business roles from publicly available and lawfully obtained sources as part of its intelligence service. These sources may include company websites, press releases, regulatory filings, financial disclosures, professional networks, event records, survey participation, and other business-context sources. This information is used to support market intelligence, account prioritisation, buying committee mapping, and engagement recommendations for B2B commercial use.

Individuals whose professional information appears in the platform may contact us at rsi@sabioworld.com to request review, correction, or removal of their information. We will respond to such requests within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Data Processing and Security
