Frequently asked questions.

Clear answers on what Octomise is, how it works, and how teams engage with the platform.

If you need something more specific, book a demo and we will walk through it with your use case in mind.

What is Octomise?

Octomise is an Enterprise Decision Intelligence Platform that helps commercial teams see where opportunities are forming, which accounts are moving, who matters, why now, and what to do next.

Who is Octomise built for?

Octomise is built for technology vendors, marketing teams, SDR and BDR teams, and commercial leaders operating across complex B2B markets.

What does the platform actually deliver?

Octomise brings together AI visibility, market signals, account prioritisation, buying committee intelligence, engagement workflows, and performance learning inside a client-specific workspace.

What is the AI Dark Room?

The AI Dark Room is the hidden stage of the buying journey where buyers use AI systems to research categories, compare vendors, test claims, and form shortlists before appearing in traditional GTM systems. Octomise helps teams understand and act on this invisible stage of buyer preference formation.

Does Octomise only track AI visibility or GEO?

No. AI visibility and GEO are important capability layers, but Octomise is broader. It connects AI discovery with market movement, account intelligence, buyer context, engagement, and performance learning so teams can make better commercial decisions.

Is Octomise a static database?

No. Octomise is designed as a continuously learning commercial operating system. It re-prioritises markets, accounts, buyers, and next actions as conditions and engagement signals change.

How does Octomise improve over time?

Every interaction can update profile scores, account triggers, priorities, and next actions. Execution creates data, data sharpens intelligence, and intelligence improves the next decision.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing is structured around platform access, implementation depth, and operating scale. Octomise currently offers Core, Growth, and Enterprise plans, with optional add-on services where needed.

What happens in a Book Demo session?

The demo is tailored to your markets, accounts, and commercial priorities. It is designed to show how Octomise would support the way your team actually operates rather than deliver a generic product tour.

Does Octomise publish its scoring logic?

No. Octomise does not publish proprietary scoring methodology, weighting formulas, or exact source logic on public pages. Buyers should evaluate Octomise through live demos, redacted workspaces, case studies, or sample outputs that show measurable evidence without exposing the model itself.

Why might some demo data appear offline or redacted?

Shared demo links may suppress personal data, contact coverage, LinkedIn profiles, engagement history, or named contacts for privacy, governance, or PDPA compliance. This should not automatically be interpreted as absence of capability.

Can we use Octomise to monitor and engage our own target account list?

Yes. Octomise works from your existing target list as the starting point. From there, the platform learns your target patterns and conditions over time, surfacing additional account and buyer recommendations that match your priorities.

Can we switch countries or industries mid-subscription?

Yes. Your plan's account and profile limits remain in place, and as long as the unused capacity supports the new focus, Octomise can redirect to a different country or industry without requiring a new contract.

Can we access the contact database directly?

Octomise is not designed as a raw contact-export database. Profiles are surfaced through engagement workflows, account context, and buyer relevance. As contacts respond, connect, attend, download, or engage, they become part of your active workspace and engaged contact base.

Can we use the intelligence for our own marketing and promotions?

Yes, with source credit to Octomise where appropriate. The intelligence is designed to support marketing, sales enablement, campaign planning, executive events, and market-facing content.

How long does onboarding take?

Most clients are operating within two weeks. The first week is setup and configuration. The second is calibration against your target markets and accounts.

Do we need technical resources to implement Octomise?

No. Octomise is configured and managed by the Octomise team. Your commercial and marketing teams interact with the outputs, not the infrastructure.

How is Octomise different from intent data providers like Bombora or 6sense?

Intent data providers are useful when buyers leave observable signals. Octomise focuses on a broader decision layer: AI discovery, market conditions, account readiness, buyer context, and engagement continuity. It helps teams understand why an opportunity is forming, who to engage, and what action should happen next.

Is my data kept separate from other clients?

Yes. Each client operates within a dedicated workspace. Account lists, contact profiles, and engagement data are not shared across clients.

What markets does Octomise currently cover?

Octomise is accessible globally. The platform is configured around your target markets, accounts, and industries regardless of geography.
